1. First Login & Warranty Period
You must attempt login within 1 hour of delivery.
If you can’t log in due to username/password error after 1 hours, the warranty is void.
2. Use Only Clean Browsers & IPs
Your first login must be from a browser not the app. E.g: For Facebook, you must login via (https://tiktok.com)
Use a clean IP address, not one flagged for spam, VPN, or blacklisting.
No VPNs or shady IPs – if the account gets suspended due to this, the warranty is void.
3. Timing & Activity Setup
After login, wait 1–3 hours before posting or messaging to avoid checkpoint locks.
Once logged in successfully, do not change security info repeatedly (email/password) as repeated changes may trigger locks and void warranty.
4. Password & 2FA Details
Do not attempt a password reset – even on failed login; reach out to support if login fails.
To handle 2FA, use our tutorial with either 2fa.live or Google Authenticator along with the provided token. Follow instructions exactly.
5. Limits & Best Practices
Do not use more than 5 accounts on a single device or IP at the same time.
After successful setup, changing device or IP is fine – but initial login conditions matter most.
6. Liability & Misuse
CNG Network is not liable for account suspensions caused by continued login, VPN use, or misuse.
Misconduct, fraud, spam, scams & bullying voids the warranty and places responsibility on the user.
Login is not attempted within 1 hour.
Failure to reach out to support within 1 hour of login issues
Used via flagged IP/VPN/spam-bot services.
Excessive or suspicious changes to account credentials.
Misuse for prohibited activities.
Multiple account use on same device/IP beyond limits.
1. Please contact us immediately if you can’t log in due to Username/Password Error. After 24 hours, the warranty is void and we can’t replace any account
2. Do not use dirty IP / Spam IPs / Banned IPs to log into our accounts. If accounts are repeatedly suspended when you log in or change something, then it is your IP that’s blacklisted and we won’t replace such accounts.
3. For Accounts to be in the best working state, After successful login please wait 1 – 3 hours before you start using the account to post or chat.
4. We do not support the usage of our accounts for fraud, scams, bullying, spam. You are responsible for any damage usage of our accounts may cause to others.
